Block the second nostril by holding it in for roughly four seconds, then releasing the blocked one and replacing with your other index finger. Slowly exhale through the wide nostril. - Put your index finger under your nose and place it there. Push down on your index finger with the muscles of your nose. Hold for around 10 seconds before releasing. Do as much as you can.

- Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth while sitting down. Lean your head back as far as you can without straining it. Hold this position for around 10 seconds. Return to the starting position. Do ten repetitions in a row.
